Who We Are
Flow State Pressure Washing is a locally owned exterior cleaning company serving Sparta and the surrounding communities in Sussex and Morris Counties, New Jersey. We send text messages to customers who have provided a phone number and opted in to receive communications from us.
Types of Messages We Send
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Flow State Pressure Washing:
- Appointment reminders. Notifications about upcoming scheduled service visits, including date, time, and service details.
- Quote follow ups. Messages about a quote request you submitted, including pricing, clarifying questions, and booking confirmation.
- Invoices and billing. Notice that an invoice has been issued, payment confirmations, and other billing communications.
- Marketing and promotional messages. Special offers, discounts, and seasonal service reminders. These are sent only to customers who have separately opted in to marketing messages.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages to anyone who has not specifically consented to receive them.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive messages when a service visit is scheduled or approaching, when a quote request is received or updated, or when an invoice is generated or a payment is processed. Customers opted in to marketing messages may receive occasional promotional texts. If you believe you are receiving messages in error, contact us or reply STOP at any time.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START or contact us directly. Opting out does not cancel any scheduled services and does not affect your account.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Flow State Pressure Washing does not charge a fee for text message communications.

Privacy and Data

Our text messaging service is available on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, and Metro by T-Mobile. Flow State Pressure Washing is not liable for delays or failures caused by your carrier.
